Ready to put your kitchen experience to work? This Chef de Partie role is for someone who can show genuine experience in professional kitchens and confidently pitch in during high-volume service.
You will join a skilled culinary team, working alongside an experienced Executive Chef. You can use what you already know, get exposure to more kitchen sections and keep growing as a professional.
The roster runs 4 days on, 3 days off, giving you a structured routine and a healthy work-life balance. If you have cooked in hotels or restaurants in the Philippines, the Middle East or elsewhere, this one is worth a look.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to the kitchen's established standards, keeping flavour, quality and presentation consistent
- Move confidently between different kitchen sections
- Help with prep and service when trading gets busy
- Work in sync with the rest of the kitchen team and communicate clearly with chefs and other staff
- Keep prep and service routines accurate
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
- Keep prep areas and workstations clean and organised
- Hold high presentation standards in an open kitchen
- Juggle competing kitchen tasks efficiently
- Help create a kitchen that is efficient, respectful and professional
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience in restaurants, pubs or hotels
- Real hands-on experience across multiple kitchen sections
- Able to show practical culinary skills and relevant work experience
- A strong understanding of how professional kitchens operate
- Can keep standards high through busy service and multitask well under pressure
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail
- Professional presentation and high standards of personal hygiene
- Available for late-night shifts
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong commitment to quality and continuous professional development
- Sponsorship is available for suitable candidates if their skills and experience meet the role requirements
