A kitchen known for cooking with fire and quality ingredients is expanding and needs a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. Whether you are early in your chef career or already very experienced, you are welcome to apply.
You would join a close and ambitious crew that cooks in the restaurant and also heads out to special events held in different places. If you have cooked for big crowds before, the event days will feel familiar.
This opportunity is for applicants who are already in Australia and hold working rights.

Requirements & Eligibility
- A proven track record in professional kitchens
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a chef
- For anyone applying for the Sous Chef position, a minimum of 6 months as a Sous Chef
- Highly regarded experience in event catering or a high-volume kitchen, and in hatted or award-winning restaurants
- Consistent, careful with details and proud to serve high-quality food that meets high client expectations
- Confident to run small events and prep independently
- A positive, hardworking and team-minded approach
- Valid NSW driver's licence
- Strong at solving problems and quick to take initiative
- Australian working rights required; visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates
