You would prepare a varied menu, take charge of your own station and help the Head Chef try out new dishes. Many cooks who have worked in hotels, cruise ships or busy restaurants already know this rhythm well. The restaurant also says sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Guiding junior cooks and joining training sessions are part of the role too, so patience and teamwork will help you shine.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook many kinds of creative dishes, all nicely presented
- Keep food quality, presentation and service at the highest level
- Team up with the Head Chef to create new dishes and improve current recipes
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations carefully
- Handle your own station and support smooth teamwork in the kitchen
- Help junior kitchen staff learn and grow, and join regular team meetings and training sessions
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chef in a busy, high-quality restaurant with a fast pace
- Formal culinary training or a relevant hospitality qualification
- Excellent cooking skills, with close attention to detail and presentation
- Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong teamwork and good communication skills
- A real passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, and the ability to adapt and do well in a busy, high-pressure kitchen
