You would join a team that supports owners, investors, insurers and occupiers. Your projects would include technical due diligence, condition assessments of buildings, make good (dilapidations) reports and general property advice, across commercial, retail, industrial and alternative assets. Some of these properties are big and complex, and the role comes with mentoring and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Degree in Building Surveying (UK), Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years' experience in building consultancy, surveying or property advisory
- Strong inspection and investigation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can prepare clear, concise and technically robust reports
- Confident engaging with clients and industry professionals
- MRICS or similar professional accreditation (or working towards it) highly regarded
