Kabayan, if you have led a team in a workshop, store or service centre, this Branch Manager role in Alice Springs, NT could be your next big step. A large automotive glass company that has served Australian customers for over 30 years needs someone hands-on to look after one of its established branches.
You would guide a friendly team of three, two qualified fitters and one very experienced leading hand, with senior management supporting you all the way. Your OFW leadership experience in retail, trade operations or automotive service could be a good fit. The company is an approved employer under the Northern Territory DAMA and can give visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
This is a Full-Time job paying $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Look after daily branch workflows
- Check financial results against budgets and keep the branch running efficiently
- Prepare rosters, coach the team, follow up on performance and keep a positive workshop spirit
- Manage inventory and stock and build good relationships with local suppliers so products are available
- Grow the retail, insurance, trade and fleet accounts with excellent customer service by phone and in person
- Keep strict WHS standards, secure the store and keep admin records accurate
- Help with basic automotive glass fitting or repairs during busy times (training provided on the job)
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven track record working as a Retail Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager or Workshop Manager
- Strong communication, team management, business awareness and computer skills
- Current valid driver's licence, which is mandatory
- For those needing a visa, nomination under Retail Manager (General), ANZSCO 142111, with relevant formal qualifications, suitable management experience, English proficiency and NT DAMA eligibility
