Key Responsibilities
- Run daily Front of House and coffee service
- Keep customer service and beverage preparation consistently top quality
- Guide the team through daily operations and lead by pitching in yourself
- Train new and current staff on service and operational procedures
- Organise what the floor needs when it gets busy
- Watch over the customer experience and sort out issues the right way
- Keep the venue presentable, clean and up to workplace standards
- Help with rosters and shift planning
- Support your team's performance and encourage them to keep improving
- Work toward venue KPIs and operational goals while keeping the workplace energetic, professional and welcoming
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional experience in hospitality
- Relevant experience as a Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager
- Shown ability to take charge of team and service operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills, and confidence working in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Proven reliability, organisation and time management
- Able to train, support and motivate fellow team members
- Close attention to service quality and workplace presentation, with a confident, positive approach to customer-facing duties
- Able to stay focused and find solutions during busy shifts
- Willing to provide supporting evidence of your relevant work experience
- Candidates who meet the applicable requirements may be considered for sponsorship
