Love giving clients a fresh cut and a great experience? A well-established men's grooming business in Western Australia is looking for an experienced Barber / Hairdresser to join its busy salon team in a full-time role.
You will offer a wide range of men's grooming services, from sharp fades to classic styles, while keeping customer service and professional standards high. The role suits a skilled, customer-focused professional who is passionate about quality barbering and hairdressing.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut, style and finish hair with scissors, clippers and razors, creating both modern and classic men's looks
- Do skin fades, beard trims, moustache grooming and traditional shaves
- Shampoo and condition clients' hair and scalp during their service
- Share professional advice on hairstyles, grooming and hair care products
- Carry out colouring, bleaching, perming and other chemical treatments when needed
- Keep the salon clean, tidy and hygienic, and sanitise tools and equipment to salon hygiene standards
- Help with booking appointments and taking customer payments when required
- Give outstanding service so clients keep coming back and long-term relationships grow
Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of three years' experience as a Barber or Hairdresser in a busy salon or barbershop
- Strong skills with scissors, clippers and skin fades, plus experience in beard styling, moustache grooming and traditional shaves
- Able to handle a wide range of men's haircuts and grooming services
- Experience in colouring, bleaching, perming and other chemical treatments is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and customer service, with a friendly, professional and team-oriented attitude
- Available to work weekends as part of your full-time roster
