Key Responsibilities
- Create a range of non-alcoholic drinks and pairing experiences, plus seasonal drink ideas using fresh fruit, herbs and botanicals
- Play with ingredients, flavours and presentation to come up with drinks that stand out
- Run the bar every day and keep beverage quality, presentation and service consistent
- Give every guest a high standard of service, using what you know about the produce to make their visit more engaging
- Learn about fresh produce, seasonal ingredients and the environment where they are grown
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, organised and looking professional, and maintain hygiene, safety and operating standards
- Work closely with the wider hospitality team
- Bring new ideas to help the beverage program keep growing
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year of experience in bar management or a similar hospitality role, backed by a genuine, verifiable employment record
- Proven ability to create cocktails, mocktails or new and creative drink offerings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Neat professional presentation and a positive attitude
- A creative approach to developing drinks
- Able to provide evidence of your employment history, skills and qualifications where required, and willing to go through identity and employment verification
- Interest in fresh, seasonal, produce-focused hospitality
- Able to work in New South Wales
- Suitable for qualified candidates looking for an employer-supported migration opportunity
