The bakery is after someone with real pastry skill and a soft spot for creamery work: think ice cream, custards and other dairy-based sweets. You will bake sweet and savoury pies from scratch, keep each tray looking its best and help shape recipes and seasonal specials with the team.
Shifts begin early in the morning, and the role is offered full-time or part-time. Visa sponsorship is also available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Bake sweet and savoury pies from scratch
- Prepare the pastry and fillings and give every pie a neat finish
- Make ice cream, custards and similar dairy-based products for the creamery
- Keep quality, consistency and presentation at a high standard
- Take care of stock rotation and ingredient orders
- Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Create or refine recipes and seasonal specials when the chance comes
- Work as one with the kitchen and front-of-house team so daily production targets are met
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience as a baker, pastry chef or similar role, especially strong in pies and creamery or dairy products
- Strong pastry fundamentals like dough, lamination and blind baking, plus an understanding of dairy-based dessert preparation and food safety requirements
- Reliable and organised, and able to take early morning shifts
- Genuine passion for baking, with attention to detail
- Relevant certifications such as food safety handling are a plus
