Baker
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Melbourne, VIC, Australia · Full-Time · $75,000 - $80,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Kabayan, if you love the calm of the night and the smell of fresh bread before sunrise, this Baker opening in Melbourne might be the one for you.
A well-loved local bakery and hospitality business is searching for an experienced person to look after its overnight baking alone. You would work roughly 10 pm to 5 am, six nights a week, with Wednesdays as your day off. The exact hours will be talked through with you, and some flexibility helps. Bread, pastries and donuts are all in your hands, and the goal is a full display ready when the shop opens.
The job is full-time with an immediate start and 4 weeks of annual leave. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, if applicable, which is good news for skilled bakers abroad.
Many of our readers bring years of overseas bakery work, so show it proudly in an English CV: the shops or hotels where you baked, your bread and pastry range and any solo night shifts. You can prepare your baker CV step by step with Build AI CV.
