Automotive Mechanic / WoF Inspector

Visa sponsorship

Automotive · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $30 - $45/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Kabayan, if you have spent years under the bonnet in a busy workshop, here is an opening worth your time. A growing independent workshop in Auckland wants experienced mechanics for permanent, full-time roles, Monday to Saturday. The workshop has Immigration New Zealand approval as an accredited employer, so it can sponsor hires on the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV).

You can apply for one of two positions. Position 1 is for a mechanic who holds current WoF Inspector authority; besides regular workshop tasks, you would carry out WoF inspections under NZTA requirements. Position 2 is an experienced Automotive Mechanic role built around servicing, diagnostics, mechanical repairs and WoF-related repairs.

The team asks for your CV together with a brief introduction about your experience, your qualifications and the position you are interested in.

Make your overseas workshop experience easy to read in your CV: list the kinds of repairs you handle, your diagnostic skills and your qualifications. Get your mechanic CV ready with Build AI CV and apply with confidence.
