Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Officer – keep bookkeeping and financial records accurate, prepare and process invoices and payments, and look after accounts payable and receivable
- Accounts Officer – reconcile bank statements and transactions, keep an eye on company expenses and petty cash, process refunds and staff expense claims, and chase unpaid accounts and payments
- Accounts Officer – answer money questions from clients, suppliers and employees, and help the finance manager and external accountants
- Finance / Office Manager – oversee finance and office administration, prepare financial reports, budgets and forecasts, and help with cash-flow forecasting
- Finance / Office Manager – study financial performance and business trends, watch the organisation's financial position, and oversee account reconciliations and reporting
- Finance / Office Manager – look after financial policies and procedures, check tax and reporting compliance, give management the financial information it needs and shape business strategies from financial analysis
- Finance / Office Manager – support office operations, recruitment and staff development
- Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician – drive waste collection vehicles, complete rubbish and sani-bin services, collect and deliver freight and waste bins, and do routine vehicle checks, reporting any faults
- Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician – keep yard areas clean and tidy, carry out night fogging, mow lawns, trim trees, help with digging, labouring and general tasks, and deal with customers in a professional way
- Contracts Administrator – look after contract and project documents and the paperwork that goes with them, keep watch over contractor activities and work variations, and track schedules and contractual requirements
- Contracts Administrator – coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades, answer contract questions and help contracted work get delivered successfully
- Welder – read technical drawings and plans, carry out MIG, TIG and other welding, and do field welding and installation work on ductwork, metal sheeting, fixtures, vents and similar components
- Welder – choose the right welding materials and fillers, work together with field and installation teams, grind and deburr finished welds, meet quality and safety standards and use materials wisely with little waste
- Senior Pest Control Technician – inspect properties for pest activity and entry points, identify and assess infestations, give customers professional advice and recommend treatments, prevention methods and ongoing pest management services
- Senior Pest Control Technician – treat termites, ants and other insects, set rodent traps and bait systems, safely remove wasp, hornet and bee nests, seal openings where pests can get in and handle chemicals and equipment safely
- Truck Mechanic – service trucks and carry out preventative maintenance, inspect brakes, steering, wheel bearings and related systems, and find mechanical faults using computerised diagnostic equipment
- Truck Mechanic – repair or replace parts such as bearings, gears and valves, service cooling and heating systems, road test after repairs, check emissions and performance, confirm measurements and clearances and keep workshop practices safe and accurate
Requirements & Eligibility
- All roles: relevant qualifications, licences or demonstrated industry experience, plus proven experience in the occupation you are applying for

- Finance / Office Positions: qualifications in accounting, finance, business or administration; a background in bookkeeping, financial administration or management; strong number and analysis skills; and a high level of accuracy with close attention to detail
- Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: current Manual Driver Licence and current HR vehicle licence, with a clean driving record
- Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: waste truck experience is advantageous, experience with rear-loader, hook-lift, front-lift or side-arm vehicles is also advantageous, and you need to be able to handle varied operational duties
- Contracts Administrator: experience in contracts, projects or administration; strong skills in document control and organisation; able to coordinate contractors, suppliers and trades; and able to handle deadlines and several priorities at once
- Welder: a relevant welding qualification or equivalent hands-on experience, demonstrated MIG, TIG or other welding experience, able to read plans and technical drawings, and knowledge of safety and quality standards in welding
- Senior Pest Control Technician: a relevant pest control qualification, certification or licence and professional pest control experience, with knowledge of how pests are identified, treated and prevented
- Senior Pest Control Technician: able to handle pest control chemicals and equipment safely, with strong customer service skills
- Truck Mechanic: a relevant diesel, heavy vehicle or mechanical qualification; past experience as a truck or heavy vehicle mechanic; experience using computerised diagnostic systems; strong skills in finding and fixing mechanical faults; and a commitment to safe, quality work
